1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LinkFayo (linkfayo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Convonexus Private Limited under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Description of Service

LinkFayo is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to create, customise, and share digital business cards. Features include: digital card creation in under 60 seconds; sharing via QR code, shareable link, WhatsApp, and NFC; an AI-powered OCR scanner to extract contact details from physical business cards; a built-in CRM for managing leads and contacts; deep analytics tracking card views, link clicks, and contact saves; and subscription management. The platform is operated by Convonexus Private Limited.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use LinkFayo. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using LinkFayo on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@linkfayo.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Convonexus Private Limited will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Plans available: Pro (₹99/month or ₹999/year), Growth (₹299/month or ₹2,999/year), Business (₹799/month or ₹7,999/year). All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added at checkout.
  • Billing: All payments are processed by Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date from Settings > Subscription.
  • Upgrades: Plan upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades: Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If the charge remains unpaid after retry attempts, your account may be suspended or deactivated.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Using LinkFayo to create fake, impersonating, or fraudulent digital cards
  • Sending unsolicited bulk communications (spam)
  • Uploading illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content to your card
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or decompile the platform
  • Scraping or crawling the platform using automated tools
  • Violation of any local or national laws of India
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create on LinkFayo. By using the platform, you grant Convonexus Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and process your content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

8. AI Features Disclaimer

The AI OCR card scanning feature uses OpenAI's API. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that extracted data will be complete or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted information before saving it.

9. Intellectual Property

The LinkFayo name, logo, platform design, code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Convonexus Private Limited and protected under Indian intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Convonexus Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Convonexus Private Limited, its directors, and employees from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from Settings.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
