Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
LinkFayo is a digital SaaS platform. All subscription plans provide immediate access to digital features upon payment. Given the digital and instant nature of our services, refunds are available under specific conditions described below, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and RBI Payment Aggregator guidelines.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No questions asked.
3. Monthly Paid Plans (Pro, Growth, Business)
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first payment. This applies only to the first payment on a new plan — not to renewals.
- After 7 Days: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your premium features until that date, after which your account will become inactive.
- Renewals: Monthly renewal charges are non-refundable.
4. Annual Paid Plans (Pro, Growth, Business)
- 30-Day Refund Window: Annual plan subscribers may request a pro-rated refund within 30 calendar days of payment. The refund amount will be calculated as: (Annual fee paid ÷ 12) × (number of full months remaining).
- After 30 Days: No refunds are issued for annual plans after 30 days from the payment date.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@linkfayo.com with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request — [your registered email address]"
- Date of payment
- Razorpay Payment ID (found in your confirmation email)
- Reason for the request
We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days (T+5) from approval, in compliance with RBI guidelines.

7. How to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your account and navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will not renew, and your account will automatically become inactive at the end of the current billing period.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Refund request made after the eligible period (7 days for monthly, 30 days for annual)
- Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
- Refund requested for a plan renewal (not a first-time payment)
- Failure to cancel before a renewal date
9. Disputes
If you believe an incorrect charge has been made, contact us at support@linkfayo.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks raised without prior contact may result in account suspension.
